People sometimes can and Can't login

Please Help!
My server is always up and running.... and sometimes I can't connect to the server just times out sometimes at logging in... sometimes at Channel select...
even though I see people are playing in my server and everything but I can't connect for some reason and I know I have the Net connection... some of my players are experiencing the same thing.

sometimes I can login with no problems though

is this the login Bug that needs to be fixed?

Can someone please help me?

It could be the login bug if like 1 attempt out of 10 gets in and the other 9 fail. There should be some errors in the logs if it is the login bug so check for errors.

Where do i find the logs for the errors for this?
and Where do I find the fixes?

Actually someone installed my server for me.. but he quit the team and decided to do his own thing... so I'm trying to take over what he finished..
I don't even have TG up yet... sadly.
