hello i have some question

first of all

can i use Google Cloud windows and centos vps for Cabal server ?

2 . when i try to access on root folder with SFTP / winscp its say denied, any other method i can use ?

you need to be root user else denied, firstly if your using non-root user you open putty.exe and type this command "passwd" without "" and it will ask for your root password 2x and re-connect to server side/winscp using root user with your root password typed on putty :)

Try to use authentication keys instead, this way you won't need any password and the authentication will pass directly.
