Man, i reinstalled and removed all registers from mssql to solve this problem.

well :D u have to set port for db
sql Server configuration manager
TCP Port delete all in that slot
TCP DYNAMYC PORT 1433
and it should work

unistal the mmsql and reinstal a new version what have all "dll" and all drivers

and dont use TCP IP use Pibe when u make
