Don't expect anyone to make you a GM on their server when you obviously know nothing about the game. Being a "GM" in Cabal gives you almost nothing, you get a half dozen commands that aren't that useful and none of this "spawn gear for me" or "spawn 1000 mobs here" you get on other games. A _proper_ GM in Cabal means making changes to the server files and databases which you plainly cannot do unless you actually know something about how it works. To put it bluntly to be a GM you need to know all about linux and mssql.

I think you mean "first off, learn English". Don't be a hypocrite. Your attitude is really starting to grate on me. Being an arse won't get you anywhere. Its not like i like being an arse, the problem is i get amazed with people coming on RZ begging for a server without doing anything themselfs and none of them speak english properly.
How the hell can i for an example help somebody if he hasn't learned english properly?

It's not like i got time to draw him what im talking about.

Back on topic.

Learn about Linux and MSSQL a bit first.
Then grab the cabal server files and setup a LAN server to see how you can handle the files and learn about how the files, and cabal itself works.

By then you should be at the point where you can launch a cabal server for public.

Players will expect from their serveradmin to know at least the basics like changin rates, editing drops and stuff like that.
