Pls Help me How To Connect By Wan ip or Hamachi

hi all,i have done start cabal from my pc>centos. i trying and trying make wan ip connect.. by always fail i dono where i mis and wrong step after setting .(sry my bad english)


i try 2 guide:

2,i also confuse about hamachi install to centos. is i nid install hamachi to my windows or in centos? and i nid copy linux file hamachi to centos(and where i nid get the file?)

You won't get anywhere until you first work out what type of connection you use as the vmware settings are totally different for routers and modems. My vmware networking guide explains how to work out which you have and what settings to use.

If Centos won't boot past loading sendmail then that is the first thing to fix as the server isn't starting properly. Once you have that sorted out try connecting to the LAN IP centos has (type "ifconfig" to find it, it usually starts with 192.x) as connecting to the WAN IP won't (and shouldn't) work.

Also hamachi is only needed for those that use routers that aren't capable of hosting properly and should be used as a last resort only.

Once you know what type of connection you use, modem or router, and get centos to boot properly we can help further.

i have finish installed hamachi in windows and my centos server done install by putty, hamachi in my windows already have centos server anonymous joining to my network.

Problem now i have is>
1. i change the internal.txt to my windows hamachi ip But i fail connect cabal.

2.and i change too /etc/cabal/WorldSvr_01_01.ini>IPAddress= and AddrForClient= (hamachi ip) also fail connect again.

3. when i change back all ip 192.168.1.3(my centos ip) i can conect to cabal

my centos Ethernet network setting> Bridge : connected directly to physical network.

where i miss the step to success my hamachi.. pls help thanks

This is probably because the game server isn't using a hamachi IP. Don't use hamachi unless you absolutely have to because it is rubbish.
