No ip.....there should be like:
[GlobalMgrSvr]
Addr=127.0.0.1
Port=38170

[GlobalDBAgent]
Addr=127.0.0.1
Port=38180

Do not start editing the ini files yourself unless you know what you are editing. My scripts set everything up for you.

Use cabal_config to create the config as it knows exactly what to do to make the server work. If you want to fiddle with things afterwards that is fine but remember that it is not necessary to edit anything manually to have a working server. If you do fiddle and then break somethng run cabal_config again and it will repair it.

yea i got started my server ty for help now i need forward ports :D
