Ports ned to open on cabal 8 release ?

Hi i try to make a cabal EP8 version but i get error when i start the server .

Can please tel me what ports i ned to open in ruter or what im doing bad?

I use first oracle vbox but cant connect to winscp and i change to vmware and i connect with winscp....
Tel me why i cant connect to vbox centos with winscp i get host unreactble with ping fron windows and i dont change any configuration !

i download now VirtualBox-4.2.12-84980-Win and installing ....i wil report here the errors!

I make the server (need to make briged connection ! on both places )

now all work fine but when i want to connect with my client i cant ...after user and pass i get disconnect

Can you help me please ?
i edit the internal with my centos ip i ned to edit somthing else ?
