lie, there is a full DEV, nobody has access to the major servers unless the EST, it controls all the companies that distribute online only controls the Cabal DataBase, some Chinese do so, they link their database with their server and income is apportioned, repeating no one has access to the servers main Cabal Online, EST only has these files in a few hands that scrolls were stolen from servers managed by the very EST.Quote:

summarizing any company that works with Cabal Online NO have access to the files of the servers, these files is that some people are so hacked the servers of the EST.
there are more servers with updates and different owners just do a search and you shall go deeper to find.
To pay somebody for hacking this files isn't the best way at all. I don't think that Simp, Mystery or any other server which have ep3+, payed for it in anyway. They did it by themself (hacked).Quote:
