Try the shearch button there ar so manny tutorials
first of all .. start using msql 2005 .. drop the old stuff :)
second of all use winscp to transfer files.
Either use balQs tool or use a query ( you can find that by searching on this forum ) to create the account, for the IP in the client, look for language.enc in the Data folder, or even Internal.txt.

When asked for you IP address don't press "y". Either enter an IP address or just press Enter to use the default. Luckily my script saw your config was bad and updated it (hopefully correctly, I must change that message so I can see what it changed it to xD).

if your gm tools is in the same machine whit database you can use 127.0.0.1 as ip verify that you vahe firewall of and if u whant to have the game on internet and not just lan use you WAN ip
... I must do all again
For the gm tools to connect, use the WhatsMyIp.org one (ONLY if that is the whatsmyip.org that was gotten through going to that site via the Windows machine; the one where the Database is).
Make sure port 1433 is open (should be default) and your username (sa?) and pass are sound.
