i have problem in centos my VMware works fine but when use ifconfig in the terminal there is no inet only inet6!! i dont know why any one can help me here?

Please reread the posting guidelines. This is a networking problem between your host and vmware for which we don't offer support. There is enough documentation out there like Configuring a Virtual Network
