problem with allocen ep4 stuff

i'v followed his steps and copied FX folder from korean client but i still cant recieve the costumes i checked item.scp and cabal.enc and cabal_msg.enc everything is fine and the numbers is right can someone tell me where is the problem?

I told almost to everyone,my stuff are a little bit buggy and what you have to do its to have your own clean cabal.enc and item.enc too and try make them carefully based on mine encs.

I don`t have time for this,also try read my whole theard with ep4 stuffs ,there was someone too with your problem but i can`t remember the page right now and also too try to recheck the item.enc with item.scp.

how can i open this item.enc i tried to open it with 010editor but i cant understand it it's look like this 123%hfdhd%6543#@^

No,just decrypt it then put it in 010 editor using the item.enc template from Yamachi.

Oke,First Trying to sync item.scp <-> item.enc using itemedit.exe(Free File Hosting Made Simple - MediaFire make it ,is not to hard to do it...make it with your idx items,etc i made it and works peRFECT !!
