hi i have problem with cabaltoolz 3.1, any1 can give me a guide of conextion or explain me how i can conect cabaltoolz 3.1 with MSSQL Server, i cant register on my web page and i want know how i can have it page succeful thx!!

Vbulletin is your problem you must have a vbulletin to make it work^^

oh and my 2 question why i cant register on my web, i have all and perfect config, why i cant log in and register on my web, and i have update my msql for the web

are u sure u activate the extension mssql in php.ini?

Vbulletin is forum software, this forum is a vbulletin install. It is not needed.
You need to edit your sql details in config.php rather than leaving the defaults in there as the defaults are not for your sql server.
If it can't connect to SQL (which it can't) then it can't save registrations or process logins.
