problem with hardcore channel

I wanted to make me a hardcore channel have also been the ini. amended (worldsvr) but nothing has changed, please help

Make sure that when you have copied the 'hardcore' files over to your /data folder and copied the common30.ini file over, that you restart your server using this command:

[FROM PUTTY]
service World_XX_XX restart
or maybe better to do all:
service cabal restart

Other than that, this should be all you have to do. There is nothing else to it. Hope this helps you.
