Problem with new npc in BI

Hi , i have some problems with 4 new npc in BI , i just added them and in server/client side working as well .. i can manage in NPCshop.scp and add what i want inside , but i still cant buy/sell from these new npc. can you help me for fix that? i check 10 times in client/server side and nothing is wrong.

well, i think yes.. as i said before.. i can manage these 4 shops and can see the items edited inside , but i cant buy anything or sell anything. any ideas?
