Problem With Server

Hi. i have some problems with my server... some player tell me they can`t login anymore , server work like 2-3 min then when they want to connect ... just loading and nothing else , i`m using router and i opened all necesary ports , who can tell me what can i do to fix this? I appreciated your help , thanks

well,first of all you posted in the wrong section,second..provide us the logs,we can't know what is causing it..
