Problem With Site!!!

I have a problem with my cabal site...i use xampp-win32-1.7.1 installer,and cabaltools 3.1 modified,and my problems is:other people can't acces Ranking,Register,UserPanel...but i can...for me Ranking,register and user works fine...others can't connect.

What is the problem???

maybe your config is not on your wan ip or you didnt open your web ports

Restart xampp, check your configuration in backend config.php together with frontend config.php and check your php.ini file

Now Register and Ranking works fine,but userpanel and adminpanel still doesn't work:(...
