problems at installing vmware on a windows server 2003 64 bit

for VMware Workstation v6.0.2 .
when i install it on windows server 2003 a 64 bit machines
it gives the error: (after it copyes all the files at the final it roles back all actions and gives this error )
The wizzard was intrerupted before the installation could be finished.

Your system was not affected. If you want to finish installation restart vmware setup later.

also cpu VT (Virtualization Technology)
Intel D920 , D930 , E5200 ,, etc

I understand what you have posted but i dont understad why and what you mean by them O.o even a bit

EDIT-: I have tryed VMWARE server 1.0.6 and it gives the same error O.O i have a vps
how can i solve the pro?

EDIT 2: Tryed 3 more times still isnt working
Ive stoped all other processes from the VPS even the sql server......
And yes the setup packages worked on another computer but not on the srv why?

COME ON someone help mee.........
