Hi . I connect with succes at wincsp, but when i write : yum update . i receive :



[root@localhost ~]# yum update

Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=5&arch=i386& repo=os error was
[Errno 4] IOError: urlopen error (-3, 'Temporary failure in name resolution')>
Error: Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: base
[root@localhost ~]#
Why?How can i fix it?

Omg can you stop posting this crap ? I allready sad to you how to set up your network you don t even have network conexion on linux why don t u tell us what do u recive wen you type ping google.com ............. :\

Configure your network DNS in CentOS, use for example the dns of google 8.8.8.8

For that you will need a internet connection.
