the problem coud be that i accidentaly executed this string to the master db but i dont know the way for deleting it or dunno...waiting for an answear(i reinstaled the SQL and still this appear)

Are you even using a tutorial? READ WHAT IT SAYS THERE OMG on the MASTER DATABASE not on account database - THE QUERY ERRORS SAYS THE ANSWER o.o

OMG! execute this query on master DB not ACCOUNT DB.
search for xp_md5 in procedures, delete same, and try again

lol...in the guid i was using sayd that you need to put it on the account db
