quest.enc quest Port Lux

Can you tell me some line to add in to work quest.enc missions NPC Port Lux, when I click on one of the three missions I take DC certainly missing some line

this npc , is from Episode 9 :) , you dont need it ;) , make it work like a simple shop only :D

I want to run just a few missing lines, the difficult and have someone here to share this line or quest.enc = /

I know it is possible to do work, but without help it will be impossible

for this lines need look in script_msg.enc, if missed somewhere need to add(language folder)

for dialouges work need look script.enc but need find only section for Chloe its looks how many many numbers(language folder)

for quest work need look in quest.enc and make some new quest(if you want) or just try add from official server(Data folder)
