Why don't you use CabalMain.exe from Thai official Cabal ? May be you need to edit it a bit, for gameguard bypass and web stuff link.

I am trying to change the font, but it is my next work. Since now I am working in RAN dev. And also I still cannot setup my Cabal server yet. Since I don't have the complete guide. May be take a little bit time to catch you up.
