also i suggest extend your RAM. centos will eat your 3gb RAM only.

i want to have a big community server with other country playing on it to be more fun..
if you wanted a "BIG" community with other country try to buy host instead killing your computer, but here's your request for "BIG" community 16gb of ram or more, 10mbps, and more processors... 3 to 4 something...
you forgot at least a "zero" at the connection requirement.
this is not ep2 guys ep8 needs a lot of kbps per player packets are more and bigger the hack check options eat a lot of internet speed for the packets refresh times and etc even the npc's now are fully loaded from server.

3mbps is not enough, and ram is not enough too... if you wish to host a big community you need a dedicated server with 16gb of ram

Buy server machine in Data Center and no have problem with speed :) 100mbps or 1gbps is good ^_^
im talking about download speed of 3mbps / 5mpbs / 10mpbs not port speed
buying dedicated server is to expensive
