[Question] Is WinSCP really needed?

Is there a way to get the cabal server files on centos without winscp? Cause my WinSCP timesout every time... Sooo yeah. If you think you have a solution for my WinSCP i would deeply appreciate it.

Download the files on centos itself. FTP the files to centos. Make the files into an .iso and mount via vmware. There are plently of other options.

You are missing the most important detail though. If you have no connectivity between centos and windows how is the server going to work? You can't just skip bits of the installation process and expect it to work afterwards.
