[question] utility

excuse me, do i have to download the utility? is it necessary?
and how can i install or use it?
sorry im new here in cabal coz im from ran online forum here in ragezone...

which is much better? china client or gp client?
so i only have to choose either the two of it right?

the utility is not necessary but it come in handy when u want to do something ^^ (Still no guild for it, for now....)

Chinese client will be good, coz english client need to be synchronizing oh... but it's ez :)
