Ranking problem

Hi,

i have problems with Ranking problem at my main page, it keep on loading.
But i can view it from by directly on the URL eg. MyWebs.com/backend/rankings.php
I suppect backend problems hmmm.. Pls advice.

?? The rankings in your screenshot are my ones and /backend/ is for cabaltoolz.

It sounds like the cabaltoolz is the one that never stops loading as it is quite good at doing that. If an error happens when it is showing the loading screen the error gets hidden and the page actually stops loading. My comments on the post below show how to enable logging php errors to file so you can see what the errors are.

I would suggest some searches on cabaltoolz problems as you will probably find a few. It is not easy to set up unless you have good knowledge of php.

does it mean that there is something to edit in php.ini or missing files?

Install apache and php manually so you don't mess it up.

I am using xampp v1.71. How do i install manually on php & apache?

Oh dear, reinstall xampp or wamp or what ever, open php.ini and remove the ";" in from of mssql extension.

That is a borked xampp install as far as i can see, it is looking for extensions on a path that doesn't have a drive letter. The latest xampp is 1.73 so i would suggest removing xampp (after backing up your htdocs folder) and installing using the latest.

I had install xampp V1.7.3, but still the same problem. My rankings & shop.html at the item mall there keep on loading. My error logs having the same problem. Why is this so?? Does it have to do with missing files??
