Recharge Skill after die.

Hi guys, i have one question, where i can change, (client side or server side), so that my skills recharge completely, when my char die?
Have many guys claiming this it on my server.

I don't understand what you mean. Skills cool by themselves and should always be fully cooled after you die.

Do you mean SP recharging?

Thanks for help, i'm tryin found the problem, i will go trying for parts, first the client, after the server.
I dont know what is happens, but my skills not recharge after the death. continues the cool down same after reborn.
If i found the problem, i will posted here, for the people that have the same problem that me.

I know exactly what is it, and this is not a problem.
When playing with breaklee command (GM Edition) the skills are recharging after death. When you play normally (From CabalMain.exe without a special startup command) the skills will not recharge after-death. I did not test it on the global cabal server, but maybe this option made specifically for the cabal GM's, and in the global servers it is not recharging too after death.
Try it with breaklee and see that it works again.

exactly dordort, this is the problem, my client connect directly in language.enc, but now i need change, i will use the command breaklee.
