Running Cabal Server on Kubuntun 10.10?

Hi there guys can i make a server using my Kubuntu 10.10?

Yes, but you would need to install the appropriate debian packages instead of the redhat packages that come with the server. You'd also need to create the "cabal" user by hand, copy the CABAL files where they need to go, and create the appropriate services and symlinks. You could alternatively try using the "alien" command to install the CABAL RPM, but you would still need to install the dependencies by hand, and also create the "cabal" user.
