    Support server files ubuntu

    anyone have manual instalation for ubuntu?
    not auto install.
    server files
    configuration files need to change
    maybe mysql? or others addons?
    like perfect world server. because i dont understand with auto install where is server files, where is database

    thanks for answer, and sorry for wrong section. if no way to use cabal on ubuntu i'll try to learn with centos os

    well buddy, mssql its a windows based program.. Maybe it can be more easly to work than mysql, but remember that Cabal online uses only MSSQL to database works, and Linux (read it like ubuntu,centOS, whatever)...

    i have read and try, using centos and using windows to for mssql, need 2 server to run cabal server? windows and linux? lol

    sure its funny
    windows not a freeware, my country not allowed using unlocked proggrams or cracked proggrams. and more cost to make this server ( with 2 server )

    If you already have a legal way to run Windows then there is no problem as we can use virtual machines. At least 1 copy of windows is needed though because the server can only use mssql and you can't run mssql on linux (even with wine). Only 1 computer is needed to run the server but it must be powerful and have lots of ram if you will play the game on the same computer. It's all using free software in my guides.

    Running on ubuntu is possible but you must install manually and use the "alien" command to convert and install the rpm file. Open my cabal_install.sh and see what commands it uses to install. You need to find the ubuntu versions of all my rpms except for the cabal one though.
