Server for 2 subnets

Hello guys, have problem, ask ideas.
I have 1 server for 2 diff subnets. Now game server can reaply to client with 1 ip, this part in config.

Maybe someone know solution how made return diff ip from game server for 2 diff subnets? Maybe via nix* net tool or somthing? Tnx
