Hey.
Seeing as most video tutorials got old, and people are just lazy to read .PDF guides on how to create a server, should I make a brand new video about setting up a CABAL server? It would be in 3 parts. Setting up the Server Side, Client Side & Database Side.
If I get atleast 10 votes, I'll be making it in the next few days.
Video guides are for lazy idiots. All people would do is copy exactly what you do in the video, and not learn a damn thing.
That would stop most complaints around here.
It's up to you. If you want to make one, go ahead.
i Already Made a Guide for MSSQL 2005 ... And I'm Planing To Make Tommrow A VMWare / Centos Guide ... And i Agree With Rising ..it will stop the complaining and Nudging on the Forum I Guess :)
Well, a few of us are currently working on a large project that will make things much easier for people, so there's no need for a video tutorial, IMO.

I really appreciate if you create a new video because i tried a lot of times to create a server but i never had the opportunity to create it and not because i'm lazy or stupid but just because i had various problems creating it

i got "Failed to connect to world server" error when i log in to the game
From the beginning i'm trying to create database in mssql
LOL Dude... in the video everything works its you that doing wrong steps or missing some parts of the guide... if for some ppl it worked.. that means its 100% good you just made some mistakes... i had those problems too ;)
i would like to start fresh. i uninstalled the vm, mssql, putty, and winscp.
but when i installed the winscp again, the files and folders are already inside. how to delete them so that i can insert this TDP-Cabal-repack-v2.81.7z
No need to delete ... :) cabal_install.sh in putty that will make install and it will install any missing files
and Just do cabal_config after to do a new Config for connecting the server :)

VMware WORKSTATION 7.1
TDP Cabal repack v2.81.7z (XMAS EDTION)
v2.81 patchdata by Lost Spirit.7z
and
OGPlanet 2008 full client (this time its the newer one, the updated client)
am i using the right files?
