simple way to create cabal server?

can i know the simple way to create server?the exactly file that i need to download...im confuse with chinese file and english file..and some other tools...can someone state for me what are file just need to make server?i just want it offline server for a moment...wanna test the server 1st...so can anyone help me and tell what are the file are need...i dont want download if its not the file that really2 need...thanks :drinks_no

Right then. The absolute simplest way isn't that simple.

First off, install your MSSQL as guided in the thread, I won't explain it here there's loads of guides.

Same with VMWare and CentOS, there's lots of guides about how to do it, check the video guide by Mahi in the sticky.

However, once you have all that running, the simplest way to get from there to having a game server running is using the files from http://forum.ragezone.com/showthread.php?t=444970 . It's as easy an installation as anything else, a script asks you all it needs and it sets it up for you.

guy i suggest that if you cant read the stickys or use search THEN DONT BOTHER ASKING FOR HELP.

the guide by dark and all the files there you need.

follow the guide read all the instructions do as they say and you to may be lucky and get a server running.

this is all dev work and with many probs to sort out.

there is no complete and definitive guide as there are many probs and bugs to resolve many of which you are going to find as soon as you try to run the server, and if you have no coding exp or programing exp you are going to not be able to go any further.

if you cant be bothered to search and read and use your brain then dont bother with it.

Everything you need is on my topic. The MSSQL guide is done, the VMWare guide is complete but needs some basic networking tips for noobies and the files just need to stand up to public scrutiny before i tale the beta tags off.
