Skill ep 4 problem

Hi,

in the last skills of ep 4 of FB and FA I cannot see the casting time. I'm searching in the forum but there isn't post about this problem. I saw cabal.enc/cabal_msg.enc/skill.scp but "seems" all ok! I tried to replace the fx files but don't work anyway.


What would be the problem?

EDIT: the casting time in the description of skill

EDIT2: Can someone tell me where I can check the description of skill for add the cast time? I already saw in msg_cabal.enc and there isn't what I need
