Skill EXP bug / Insufficient EXP

Good day,

First, I would like to say sorry if this questions seems 'generic' or 'noobish'.

I have a problem.

In dbo.cabal_character_table at Server01, I have edited the Rank column from 257 (Novice) to 2570 (Transcender). I have also edited the RankEXP column to 7209170.

But the problems are:

Even though I have already set my Skill Rank to Transcender and its EXP to the maximum already, I still can't add points to my skills even if it is a Novice skills.



The other problem is, even though I have already set it to maximum EXP, it is still leveling up.



For EXP problem, I have seen that every time I edit my LEVEL, it gets bugged. It does not level up and the Insufficient EXP is 100%.

Also add Sword Skill Point if you want to level up Flash Draw attack for example.
(Sword Rank/Sword Skill Point/Sword exp ammount)

Your skill exp amount is probably incorrect if it still goes up even if you set the Sword Rank to max.

Its same as if you set your character, pet lvl to max 190/10 and your exp bar still fills and you get character exp amount.
(I think its correct, don't remember exactly)

Thanks toast2250. What I did is that I copy the values of SwdPNT and MagPN in my Blader's account (which I manually level up to Transcender) to my Warrior.
SwdPNT = 36765696
MagPN = 39649280

The problem now is the EXP. How do I fix that?
