Skill.scp [Skill_Value] Limit

Any info on increasing the limit for Skill_Value on serverside Skill.scp? For some reason anything I add over like 458 doesn't get added. Already followed fix from http://forum.ragezone.com/f459/relea...limit-1157570/ looking for new advice.
