Skill to Transcender / Guild Emblem

Good day,

I would like to know how to edit my skill so that I can be Transender.

I have noticed that I can not use the Guild Emblem (it does not disconnect me, but when I right click it, it does noting) ? WHy? (I am only one at guild)

I also have noticed that when I click Select Character, it does not move me to the character selection but it makes my character unmovable instead. WHY?

When I have right cliked BM3 book (elemental dominator, for my WI), I get nothing in the BM list. Is the BM3 not yet available?

BM3 should be appear when you reached at least class rank 14.
