When i try to buy a certain skill on a new character i got error code 6 type 270 or i close the server depends on the skill , so from where it's this problem and how to solve it ? I was thinking at syncing but sync what ? Sync the skills from cabal.enc ?

cabal.enc with skill.scp, if that doesn't help it look at the skill shop to try to figure out whats wrong.

Neah everything is ok , i double checked and compared with somebody's line of codes and they are the same.
