Does anyone know how to make the skills and buffs not getting cooldown reset after you die/relog ?
For example , at Vikalitan when people die and come back with full short buffs. I want them to have the short buffs on cooldown after they died.
I know it's possible since I've seen this on other servers so I'm just wondering how to do it.
