can y use mssql 2000 on windows 7 x64?

PS: in mssql 2005 do really need to create the cabal user for the cabal database or i can just use sa user?

Yes you don`t need any other user,you need only user sa.

So i folowed you advice about an fresh install.
I created a new virtual machine with centos 5(i installed everithing needed for the cabal srv)
I made a new server install with version 2.81xmas
I reinstalled the sql2005 made de linkedserver and in mi linux hostname i put gameserver.(i didnt created anymore the user cabal and now i am ussing sa) here is wath i got:

Dont worry about websites just yet. First, get your head around how cabal works so that you are familiar with it.

Have you got your client up and running yet? If not, download client here:

Downloadable Client: Cabal Online US Client - Demo Movie Patch Download Section - GamersHell.com

Install fully then add this patch files:

v2.81 patchdata by Lost-Spirit.7z

Then see your guides for how to edit and add your own IP address into language.enc and/or internal.txt and serverlist.txt.

Then look at Chumpy's tutorials for more info.

Now i need the site.

PS: why dos the TG channel wont start.All others do.

In PuTTy ( or what ever console you use ), type:

Cabal_Config and make sure you ADD a TG channel from here.

Then:

Cabal_TG add hour min i.e Cabal_TG add 10 30

Then lastly start the service:

service WorldSvr_01_10 start ( 01 being server id and 10 being channel id ).

Doesn`t matter what website are you using,you can create your own if you have some knowledge about php and ms sql connections or you can use cabaltoolz v4 but it is bugged and i don`t recommand you because you need to fix a lot of functions,the better version for you http://forum.ragezone.com/f459/cabal...-fixes-679269/ and don`t forget to read readme.txt inside of arhive and run the queries correct.
