Please don't bump the topic unless it has left the first page. RZ rules state 2 weeks but i would personally accept a bump if it has left the first page, but only then. The post will get looked at and i always start from the bottom when answering posts.

Little bits of logs aren't going to help me here unfortunately as it only tells me where the errors are and i need to see the other stuff the server was doing at the time. Do a "service cabal stop", delete the logs and then "service cabal start" have a few tries at the login and then zip up the logs and upload them somewhere (edit passwords and the last 3 sections of the IP addresses if you want but i need the number before the first . in the IP).

I'm seeing very different errors in those logs. If you look at your DBAgent_01 log in the post you can see "database connect success!" followed by an error about reading war results. It connected ok but there weren't any war results to read yet (which is normal for a new install).

Now look at the ones in your rar file and there isn't any "database connect success!", only messages saying that it can't connect to the database at all. I can't see any connection attempts in the loginsvr log either, not even failed ones.

Run the query below on any db and post the results. I suspect that your sql install isn't correct and this will tell me what.

SQL is ok then. Do remember that the evaluation version will eventually expire but you have around 6 months until that happens.

This leaves the problem being that centos can't connect to the database which is going to be either a firewall or possible windows has changed IP addresses. Look in /etc/odbc.ini and try pinging that IP from centos.

The server is using the correct IP and you can check if the ports are open using an online port checker like ping.eu (it will only show as open if the server is actually running). 38101 is the main port to check first as that is the loginsvr port and you should see connection attempts in the loginsvr log even if they can't actually log in.
