    LOL. Read the error again and then look at your "local" server. See the little red square? It means the service isn't running

    Right-click it and select Start.

    Check Firewall (I am not think that is it doing)

    venax, talves seu sql e trail como de muitos, depois de 6 meses ele comeca a dar pau^^

    Translation:

    If you have an evaluation copy of sql 2000 it might have expired if it has been installed for 6 months.
