This sounds like centos is runnign out of ram when TG starts as i have never had any problems with the timing and i know several reasonably large servers that don't either. In fact when testing TG i test hourly so any problems like this would cause me considerable problems.

I don't use MSN anymore but i can usually be found in the IRC channel after about 19:00 GMT.
