TG Server don't start :S

hi friends, i need help, i use the files of chumpyy servfiles 2.5 and install the server to the configuration respective, the server run correctly. but in the moment to introduce the code for consult the status this show me the WorldSvr_06_10 stopped :S and i go to the file log and do not show the WorldSvr_06_10.log :S please what is the problem?

you should configure your TG, cabal_TG add 10 00, try using cabal_help type in Putty.

It means TG starts at 10am server time, not instantly. you can add any time you want.
