Title's not working (missing tab)

The title tab in character window is missing. i try to give my character 10billion to see if it will unlock the billionaire title but it's not working. i also try editing my honor rank, but the title tab is still missing.

Theres no more title tab on character window in epizode 8 you can manage your titles in ahievment system shift+c to open it

Your right.. I manage to get the Nevareth Frontier Title when I make my char lvl 190. But why is it that the money title and the honor rank title is missing?
