Hello i need translate the game into my language but the game not supported it and client can't show the true chars i try a lot to make game encoding utf-8 i need translate game into arbic anyone can help plz

I try to translate Eng to Arabic but I can't, Like "تسجيل الدخول" = "login" but he shows it as "QََُُF'q'Q'QWE'"

Nation code has been set but nothing changed. I think it's Cabalmain related but don't know how.
