Version of item option

in server still use version ep1 for option item how i can fix it?
sometime i force it to ep2 version sometime still ep1
ex: beforce edit optionpool i force it and i have 5% crit dam in katana, after edit i have 10%crit but after 5 - 10 item it comback to 5%.???:2gunsfiring_v1::2gunsfiring_v1:
and ring of luck +2 still 10% rate Y_Y

I think this may just be the english patch you are using, im not sure but i have tested with many english patches and each one gives me different rates, some 5 some 7 and some 10...lol. Buggy :/
