i need a way to make vital mastery from 10 to 20 or 30


but how i can change it?
how i can change it that the users can skill its vital mastery himself up?

You would need to edit the skill_order section in cabal.enc (clientside) and skill.scp (serverside). Then, you would need to implement some way for the players to upgrade the level of the skill.
