hi all
how i can make a separate this patrition quests after 11 rank?

i try make it with guide about BSLVUP after 11 rank but this is 2 quests(2 BSLVUP N1 etc) and he shows in separate patrition

but War Clouds quest have only 1(IDs 519 - 523)

what type need set to this quests?
