Warp Error

When i Warp From Fort Ruina To Pontus Ferum i get DC and chanel crash :\ No Error code 6 nothing! just DC and Chanel crash tahts all :\ what i do?? right now i am opening logs it wil take me time after it open i will edit the post and report if there is any error theer :| but if some one had this prob before please help me :)
