    No, that will shows his computers IP, not his virtual machines IP.

    Goto your network properties and take a look at your IP there, do it inside linux, not windows.

    Is normal the Ip of Centros be Different of vmnet8 and vmnet1... use that ip to connect on winscp and putty!!
