i was looking in wich file i can find that line,i wanna change it that it look like "+ 15" if a item is +7. i found nothing in cabal_msg,cabal.enc and nothing.. maybe someone knows?

It's not in any of the files. It's calculated from the real bonus of the item by cabalmain.
so its possible to change it? only a "skin"
yes its possible like a buff the +15 effect are situated in the efx file you need to search them its only for boot glowes and hands and put it in one efx after that you can make a special buff or change the aura bm effect :P
